Keep it aside for some time. Then diving it into equal portions to prepare the chapatti. On a flat working area, spread some flour and then place the dough on it. Use a roller and make it into a square shape.

With the help of a round pan, you will want to add some butter or ghee and cook it on medium flame. Avoid using the high flame as it can get burnt. Cook both the sides until they become brown.

It takes some practice, but eventually, you will be able to get through. To prepare the vegetable chapatti (Subzi Ka Paratha) stuffing, you need to use a saucepan and then pour some ghee or butter on medium flame.

Add the onions in the saucepan and then salt, garam masala, coriander, chili powder, potatoes, green chilies, and vegetables. The vegetables you add can be of your choice. You will need to cook the contents for a few minutes on the saucepan until it becomes tender and soft.

The vegetable chapatti (Subzi Ka Paratha) is ready. It can have with some tomato sauce. If you are looking for a healthier version, then use vegetable oil instead of ghee or butter. The need to pour in the butter or ghee is not required.
